Development
The Principals of Aura Real Estate have developed over $100 million dollars of ground up projects. The developments have included multiple business parks, numerous self storage facilities and complex Industrial projects. We taken projects from agricultural rezone through the entitlement process receiving PI and PD zoning. We have represented clients and ourselfs before planning Comissions, City councils and Boards of Supervisors in various jurisdictions.
We have subdivided and/or mapped the projects, established owners assoications and drafted and recorded the CC&Rs. Finally we constructed the projcets and self performed both on and off site improvements.
